All Armalite Custom frames are handcrafted, All weld on Aluminium or Steel frames are single passage Tig welds, Aluminium frame are Heat Treated as to Columbus tube specifications.
The finishing proses begins with all welds being covered with a light weight putty to blend all tube mitres. Painting is done out of house by Rod Gilchrist, all decals and logos are Taped on and Air brushed, you can see his handy work on Finishing page.
From start to finish it take a minium of five weeks an Armalite frame to manufacture.
